Shipping Policy

Stock Availability
We maintain accurate stock counts of the inventory we sell, but on rare occasions, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all products at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products for you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. For domestic shipments, we charge a flat rate of $2.50-3.25 USD per order, based on the weight.

Transit Time
Generally, orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days, during standard business hours - except on national holidays, in these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. For domestic shipments, within the continental U.S., orders are typically delivered within an estimated 3-8 business days. Shipping rates may vary.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address request, we are able to process it at any time only before the order has been shipped.
Tracking Notifications
Upon fulfillment, customers will be notified their order has shipped and may follow the progress of their shipment via Track My Order. Additionally, at the checkout page, customers are given the option to receive SMS updates.

We accept returns, due to either receiving a defective or an incorrectly sent product, as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days and are returned to us in its original packaging, unused and/or in resellable condition.
We will honor any valid warranty claims if a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7 business days.

Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) a refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
